JUPC 2025

Main topic: XV. ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY “Young People, the Faith and Vocational Discernment” In 2018 there will be the Synod of Bishops in Rome dealing with the topic of the situation of young people. (http://www.vatican.va/roman_curia/synod/index.htm) We want to take our chance to raise our “Jesuit voice” to support this Assembly and our Provincials with our observations, opinions and suggestions. In order to do this, we will get an introduction by our main speaker and we are asking you kindly to fill the survey, we created according to the preparatory document for the Assembly until the 8th October! Main speaker: Giacomo Costa SJ. He is living and working in and with “Aggiornamenti Sociali” in Milano and is very much involved in the preparation of the Bishop Synod. As usual for our JUPC international meetings we will have time to discover places of interest in and maybe around Barcelona. Be open seeing new and old locations and meeting people. There will be opportunities to broaden our views, have time for formation, discussion, sharing best practices and Magis experiences while finding new ways to collaborate in Europe.

On arrival in Barcelona, we will meet first at the Jesuit offices until latest 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Jesuïtes de Catalunya - c/ Roger de Llúria 13, 08010 Barcelona going together to Manresa.
