Basque Cooking Course at the Basque Gastronomy Association

In this course, given by the cook of the brotherhood, there are two possible menus:

Menu 1

●        Starters: Gilda, txistorra and/or stuffed pepper.

●        Main course: Hake in green sauce with cocochas and clams.

●        Dessert: Pantxineta

●        Drinks: cider and water.

Menu 2

●        Starters: Gilda, egg/shrimp/pepper and mushroom/bacon.

●        Main course: Cod omelette.

●        Dessert: Cheese cake.

●        Drinks: cider and water.

Afterwards we will all sit down to eat what we have cooked.

It will be possible to participate in this course on one of the following days, for the same price: 15€.

●        Thursday, 16th of October, from 18.30/19.00 - 20.30/21.00

●        Wednesday, 22th October, from 18.30/19.00 - 20.30/21.00

●        Wednesday, 29th October, from 18.30/19.00 - 20.30/21.00

●        Wednesday, 5th November, from 18.30/19.00 - 20.30/21.00
